Software Engineering Internship at Google

June - August 2023

I returned to Google London as a sofware engineering intern with the Shopping team. Over the summer, I developed various verification APIs for Google Business Profiles platform, replacing legacy versions and improving their latency by 30%.

September - December 2022

During Fall 2022, I pursued a software engineering internship with Google's Ads Engprod team in London. I developed a new feature in an internal web accessibility testing tool and wrote unit tests and end-to-end tests to verify its functionality.

Recent Awards and Competitions

March 2023

1st Place Award in EDGE Pioneers 4.0 Hackathon

I participated in the Pioneers 4.0 Hackathon organized by EDGE and sponsored by AWS, HALCON and the Ministry of Industry & Advanced Technology in March 2023. We were tasked with applying data science methods to improve the quality and reduce the cost rate of industrial processes. My team was selected among several other teams as the first prize winner.

April 2023

3rd Place Award in NYUAD Quantum Computing Hackathon

I participated in the NYUAD International Hackathon for Social Good where I worked with teammates and mentors from leading universities around the world to develop quantum computing applications. Our solution implements a quantum transformer model to forecast time series data such as ECG or EEG and implements a quantum anamoly detector to classify the time series data as normal or anomalous. My team won 3rd place for our solution.
